We are experts in our field. Quite simply we specialise in the processing and packing of nuts - we are not "jacks of all trade" we are, and intend to remain, "masters of one".

Technical Know-How

The Percy Dalton’s Purchasing Department only source raw materials of the highest quality from audited and approved suppliers. These raw materials undergo rigorous inspection procedures and are subject to strict storage conditions. We are accredited to EFSIS (European Food Safety Inspection Service) Higher Level Approval and Law Laboratories. We are rightly proud of our reputation and we work hard to maintain it.

Our Organic products satisfy the requirements of the Soil Association’s standard for organic farming and production and our Kosher products are approved by the London Beth Din.

Our wrapping plant is equipped with modern bagging and PET jar lines and we gas flush and heat seal products to enhance quality and extend shelf life.

Diversity of Products

Our extensive range of products includes dried figs, Deglet Nour glove-box dates, Medjoul dates in punnets, fruit leathers in bars, Flakes of Dried Fruit, mini-pack raisins, ethnic snacks including Bombay Mix and Mexican Mix and chocolate and yoghurt coated nuts and fruit in acetates and Quattro (block-bottom) packs.
